Cousins

My cousin "J", her daughter "G" and hubby "E" stopped by for a little photo shoot before they headed to Disney World. "B" and "B" had a great time visiting with their cousin that's only 6 months older, but a whole head taller than them! I had a great time capturing "G's" beautiful smile and then a few of the entire family.

John Long Middle School Football

A friend contacted us asking if we could come to her son's football game and get some pics of him playing. We had never done 'sports photography' before and were so excited to go and do this. Sherilyn wasn't able to make it since it was the same night as her son's football game, so I went solo, but we both plan on going to the next home game. I contacted JLMS's head football coach, "Mr. H" to ask if I could stand on the sidelines with the players and he said YES!!! So, even more excited, I went and had a blast!

Thanks, "P" for contacting us and giving us the opportunity to shoot at a football game, and thank you, "Mr. H" for allowing me on to the field with your players! Congrats on the win!!!

'You've Got Your Hands Full'

We did a session this week with a dual purpose:

(1) To get a picture for fellow MoM of twins, "B" for her blog, 'You've Got Your Hands Full' http://www.gotyourhandsfull.com/- a resource for families with twins, triplets and more.
and
(2) To get a picture for "K" of her beautiful new babies for her their birth announcement.

"E&I" are now 5 weeks old and just precious. It's so much fun taking pics of newborns, but so sad because it's hard to remember when our own kids were once that little even though it was only 3 short years ago- they grow SO fast!

"E&I" were good little troopers, but "I" did not want to fall asleep for us! "E" was too cute laying there all cuddled up by her brother sleeping away so peacefully. After some coaxing with a bottle, the pacifier and some soothing, he finally dozed off for a few minutes and let us get a few with both of them snoozing. :)

On the beach

We haven't been out to the beach for a shoot in forever! Glad we got to go back out. Although it was H-O-T, it was beautiful out there!

"B" won our gift certificate from the American Heart Association fundraiser at Kidz Club back in June. We were finally able to meet her and her cute little family. What a great family to work with. "R" was such a little model- everytime she'd see the camera pointed at her, she'd pose! "E" was into eating the sand, but lit right up when he spotted a parrot on a lady's shoulder! The bird's owner was even nice enough to let "B's" hubby, "C" hold the parrot and let the kids see him up close while we got some shots of them!

"R" was so excited when we were finished... she finally got to do what she came to the beach for- swim! Only thing is, she didn't change into a bathing suit. She went right in with her clothes on! What FUN! :)

Our ONE YEAR Anniversary!!!

It's almost hard to believe, but we have been in business ONE YEAR!

We want to thank those who have been a big part of our success! We chose our favorite shots from each of our shoots in September 2007 to share. We will be doing the same each month. Those of you who had shoots with us, keep an eye out for your pics and an email with some special offers!

A house full of girls

"C" is already outnumbered in his house, but is about to have 3 more added to the girl count. Yes, that's right... triplets... and 3 girls! "T" looked absolutely wonderful for being 33 weeks pregnant with triplets. We swear we were bigger than her and we only had twins! Little "A" was so sweet loving on mom's belly- you can tell she's going to be a great big sister. We hope you're still feeling good, "T" and hanging in there. Wishing you an easy delivery and can't wait to meet your 3 new little ones!

A year later, they are back for their 2-year-pics. It's so funny how they look the same... just bigger! And they are even cuter than they were before. A little more challenging this time since they are mobile and walking, no running all over the place. :)
